Kit includes:
15 sets of pre-cut red strips (2 long and 2 short of each color)
15 sets of pre-cut white low volume strips (2 long and 2 short of each color, this will give you an extra white short strip)
15 blue rectangles 
Pre-cut strips save you a lot of time, just cut your background fabric and get sewing! Fabrics are high quality quilting cottons and wovens.
